REVIEW: We're the Millers

I did not expect this movie to be as side-split-tingly hilarious as it was, instead of the polite "ha. ha" it was more "LOL" with some Slushie snorts... In essence, it was a great "Girl's Night Out" with NuMetro to watch the premiere last night. It's by no means a chick-flick though, it's a genuine, honest-to-goodness comedy... Think Horrible Bosses, meets The Hangover with the humour of SuperBad or Step Brothers. Here's the synopsis copied and pasted from the NuMetro site:

David Clark is a small-time pot dealer whose clientele includes chefs and soccer moms, but no kids—after all, he has his scruples. So what could go wrong? Plenty. Preferring to keep a low profile (for obvious reasons), he learns the hard way that no good deed goes unpunished, as he tries to help out some local teens and winds up getting jumped by a trio of gutter punks. Stealing his stash and his cash, they leave him in major debt to his supplier, Brad. In order to wipe the slate clean—and maintain a clean bill of health—David must now become a big-time drug smuggler by bringing Brad’s latest shipment in from Mexico.

Twisting the arms of his neighbours, cynical stripper Rose and wannabe customer Kenny, as well as street-wise teen Casey, he devises a foolproof plan. One fake wife, two pretend kids and a huge, shiny RV later, the “Millers” are headed south of the border for a Fourth of July weekend that is sure to end with a bang.

Cast: Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis , Emma Roberts, Nick Offerman, Kathryn Hahn, Ed Helms
Director: Rawson Marshall Thurber

Do yourself a favour and head-out to watch this one on the big screen, with the end of the year slump in full-swing and that fat, creepy man ready to squash himself down your chimney at any moment, it's time for a night off just to work on your 6 pack without breaking a sweat! And stay for the blooper reel at the end it's guaranteed to put a nostalgic smile on your face... Oh, and did I mention Jennifer Aniston strips??? HOT AF!!!
